Traffic value on ahrefs?

I see a traffic value on that ahrefs, does that mean that site makes about that amount by ads?? How accurate is ahrefs on estimation?

No that figure is an estimate for if you had to purchase that traffic by paying for ads for those keywords. e.g. via Adwords.
