I was rejected last year I applied, and no opportunity to reapply again. Though I chatted them up via help centre this year. But Bot keeps replying to my message. Are there any tips for me to reapply again? I have AdSense running on the blog and Ad manager is approved.

Thank you for your response, I really appreciate it. When I tried with a new Gmail account, this is what it return. Sorry, the domain you entered is already signed up.
And I have removed the site over months.
