I just successfully linked my Adsense account to my Ezoic account through mediation but I need better advice on how to manage and maintain the 2 platforms so as not to get banned.

You just need to remove your Adsense code from your page and make sure Ezoic is getting 100% of your traffic.
Ezoic will then show Adsense Ads via its mediation service.
