That is a great question. The short answer is I believe I will earn more money with Ezoic compared to moving to either Mediavine or Adthrive. The common trend around content websites is people start with Adsense, move to Ezoic and then move to either Mediavine or Adthrive as a top-performing ad partner. I don’t think that is the case anymore. I have done lots of online research and spoke to lots of other publishers and I don’t believe I will earn more from moving over to those platforms. Of course the platforms owners will tell you I can. And I might earn more for the first 3 months or so. But could I really earn more over the next 12-24 months by moving? I don’t think so. My setup is well optimised, and has good EMPV. I am happy with the support, the Ezoic products in the pipeline but the results speak for themselves. What are your experiences? Do you think I could be earning more elsewhere? If so let me know your thoughts behind it.
From my experience you’re looking at a minimum of 15% increase in earnings at the start of moving to MV. As your site settles the epmv will go up. Other benefits are numerous from better support to better site function. Hence, my initial question asking if you’re working for ezoic as I haven’t come across anyone who willingly stays there when given the opportunity to move to MV!
It is interesting, isn’t it. I have spoken openly with competitors using mediavine and they are getting around 25% worst results per thousand visitors than me. I could be wrong, but I feel I am best placed as I am with Ezoic, until I can see clearly that I would make more money than I doubt I am going to move. My experience with support via Ezoic has been really good, especially once I started getting into their higher tiers of publisher support. When you say better site function, what kind of things do you mea
The type of ads and number of ads (which contribute to the function of the site). But being in this industry for a long time now and you’re the first that I’ve come across who doesn’t want to try MV. I guess if it’s ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Wishing you more success the coming months.
Thanks, I appreciate the success comments. I am trying hard to keep building this site up, among others. That is interesting isn’t it that I am the only person you have come across that doesn’t want to move. I could be wrong of course. But the other side of the argument is maybe Ezoic have caught up with the others as it has matured. They have certainly changed a lot over the last 2 years for sure. I am creating content to make money at the end of the day, so if I see a clear opportunity to earn more elsewhere, I will take it, but I haven’t seen that real-world data yet. It will be interesting to see how things pan out in time. Thanks again for checking out the content.
Either way you’re smashing the earnings. Keep it up and you’ll be at 30k by the end of the year!
